Matthew Berryhill: Elemetary Behavior Interventionist

I was originally born in Okoboji, Iowa where I attended school k-12. Upon graduation, in 1999, I attended Buena Vista University where I played basketball and received my teaching/coaching degree. I received my Bachelor's degree in Education with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education. My first teaching job was in the small town of Terril, Iowa where I taught Special Education and Title 1 reading for one year. I then spent 2 years in Polk City, Iowa teaching Self-Contained Special Education. In 2006, I started working in the Carlisle Community School District as a Special Education Teacher. In 2014, I accepted the position as the PK-3rd grade Behavior Interventionist in Carlisle Elementary School. I have also coached boys/girls Jr. High basketball, 7th grade volleyball, and varsity boys golf.
