Grand Opening for Wildcats Activities Center November 26th

Carlisle Community Schools will host a grand opening of its new $12.5 million Wildcats Activities Center (WAC) on Nov. 26 at 5 p.m. in conjunction with the boys’ basketball scrimmages against Nevada. Work started on the project in the fall of 2018 and will be completed just prior to the event.

CARLISLE MIDDLE SCHOOL’S JOYOLOGY CLUB RECEIVES THE 2019 IOWA CHARACTER AWARD HONOR

The Carlisle Joyology Club was founded by Addeline Morlan, Emily Reid, Madelynn McFadden, Bella Pagel, Sophia Connoly, Leah Olinger, Haley Howard, and Hannah McGraw. Carlisle middle school counselor Ben Barry was the faculty sponsor for the group. Their mission is to spread positivity, acceptance, joy, and kindness. The group is receiving a 2019 Iowa Character Award as the student organization of character from the Robert D. and Billie Ray Center at Drake University.
