Mrs. Laffoon

I have been teaching in Carlisle for 20 years.  I began as a sixth grade English teacher in Hartford before moving to the Middle School. When it opened I became a Reading teacher.  I teach ELA (English Language Arts) and Creative English (a literacy class) to the sixth and seventh graders.  

 

My husband and I have two kids, ages 12 and 9. They keep me very busy.  When I'm not at school, my time is spent running them to practices, coaching, cheering them on at games or competitions, helping them with homework, or attending their school events. We always seem to be doing something.
