Carlisle Community Schools have leadership teams in each building comprised of administrators and teachers.  Each year the leadership teams develop school improvement plans that outlines strategic goals, focus areas to improve student achievement and the overall educational experience for all students.  Leadership teams analyze and review student achievement data to develop improvement plan goals.   District administration conducts progress monitoring sessions of the building’s school improvement plans throughout the school year to ensure successful implementation. 

By the end of the 2024-25 school year:

• If 100% of teacher teams regularly interact to discuss issues regarding curriculum, assessment, instruction and achievement of all students and we have effective teaching in every classroom, then all students will show growth as measured by a standardized achievement assessment.

• If we enact a safe and supportive culture at each building, then the district will be at or above the state average on the Conditions for Learning composite score. 

• If we enact quality Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports, the district will create leaders and learners as defined by CCSD Portrait of a Learner.
