We are grateful to Prairie Meadows for their generous support of our schools! Thanks to a $50,000 grant, our middle school will soon be equipped with wireless door locks that enhance safety for students and staff.

These new locks allow for secure entry and exit, remote control access during emergencies, and panic locking from inside the classroom. The ultimate goal is to equip every classroom with state-of-the-art wireless locks, providing immediate lockdown capabilities in emergency situations.

This community tradition is all about coming together to prepare our schools for the year ahead. Last summer, volunteers helped give the west side of the elementary school a fresh new look. This year, we're focusing our energy on the activities entrance at Carlisle Middle School!

Join us for our 2nd annual Cat Campus Clean-up Day on August 8! This is an important opportunity for parents, community members, and volunteers to come together and help beautify our district before the new school year begins.

Last year, your support made a huge impact at the elementary school — and this year, we’re focusing on improving the activities entrance at the middle school. Meet at 8am at the middle school activities entrance.

Let’s make it happen again. We can’t do it without YOU! 💪🐾

Iowa Family Week is coming up July 27 to August 3. During this non-contact period, there will be no school-sponsored activities, practices, or events. District buildings and offices will closed all week.

We encourage families to take this time to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together.

Good luck to our baseball team as they take the field in the Class 3A State Quarterfinals tonight! ⚾️ We’re proud of their hard work this season and can’t wait to cheer them on.

Game time is 7:30pm in Sioux City vs. Bishop Heelan.
