Late Student Pick-Up Procedures

Carlisle Middle School’s operational hours are between 7:45 am - 3:45 pm.

Students are not allowed to be in the building after 3:45 pm unless they are under the direct supervision of a staff member or athletic/activities coach.

The student pick-up point is in front of the school on Carlisle Way.  Students who are still waiting and uncertain of their transportation situation will be brought to the office where an attempt to contact primary and/or secondary contacts will occur.  If these attempts are unsuccessful, office staff will then attempt to contact anyone on the emergency contacts.  

Schools will not release children to other adults not listed in the student directory information without the consent of primary or secondary contacts.  If late pick-up becomes frequent (3 or more times), a meeting may be scheduled between school staff and families to discuss next steps and create a communication plan.
