Carlisle CSD announces the appointment of two new members to the School Board of Education. Joining the School Board are Samantha Fett (District 2) and Mindy Donovan (District 3). Both board members were sworn in at the August School Board meeting. Also at the August School Board meeting Arthur Hill was sworn in as the new School Board President and Harry Shipley was sworn in as Board Vice President. “Our Board members embody the spirit of community and bring talent, expertise and energy to the table.
