Hi there!  I'm Mrs. Powell.  The 2019-2020 school year will be my 18th year in the classroom.  After graduating from Iowa State University, I spent the first 10 years of my career at North Scott High School in eastern Iowa.  In 2012, I was excited to become a Wildcat.  I teach a wide variety of courses, but thoroughly enjoy each one.  I find it incredibly rewarding to be a part of my students' career readiness journeys.
