2024-2025 Online Registration
Carlisle School District utilizes Infinite Campus Online Registration.
New Student Enrollment
Registration for students NEW to the District for the 2024-2025 school year will open on Monday, June 3, 2024.
All new students will be required to provide proof of residency in the Carlisle School District or approved open enrollment prior to their enrollment. New students will also need to complete a Home Language Survey (see documents below) and provide current immunization records. Proof of residency can be uploaded during the online registration. The other documents can be dropped off or mailed to the Administration Office at 430 School St. in Carlisle or emailed to [email protected].

New to the District Kindergarten Registration for students who will be 5 years of age by September 15, 2024.
Important - 2023-2024 preschool students living in the district or with approved open enrollment will automatically be enrolled for kindergarten. Families will verify their household/student information as part of the Annual Update beginning in June 2024.
Kindergarten students will also need to provide the following items as part of their Kindergarten enrollment:
- Proof of Age (original birth certificate, immunization record with birth date, passport, physicians statement with birth date, adoption record)
- Proof of Residency (see Acceptable Proofs of Residency below) - can be uploaded during registration
- Home Language Survey (see below)
- Current Immunization Record
- Current Physical Form
- Dental Screening
- Vision Screening

Preschool Registration for students who will be 4 years of age by September 15, 2024.
4/23/24: We have almost reached our capacity for 2024-2025 preschool. When all the spots have been filled, children will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available.
Important: If you do not live within the Carlisle school district boundaries, your student will need approved open enrollment to attend kindergarten in Carlisle for the 2025-2026 school year.
Preschool students will also need to provide the following documents as part of their preschool enrollment:
- Proof of Age (original birth certificate, immunization record with birth date, passport, physicians statement with birth date, adoption record)
- Current Immunization Record
- Current Physical Form

We ask that families update their household and student information via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal as part of the 2024-2025 “Annual Update” beginning June 3, 2024.
